Glassbeam is getting ready for a busy month of May. We are kicking it off by participating in two very important shows simultaneously on opposite coasts. May 4th – 7th, Glassbeam will showcase our machine data analytics solutions at both the TSIA SPRING TECHNOLOGY SERVICE WORLD (TSW) BEST PRACTICES CONFERENCE (booth #30) at the Santa Clara Convention Center, in California, and LIVEWORX, at the Hynes Convention Center and Westin Copley Center Hotel in Boston.
We have plans to make several announcements, so make sure to check back in a couple weeks for more news.
At TSIA, we will showcase our machine data analytic solutions for support – including our recently launched machine learning capabilities to predict the quality of experience. In addition, Glassbeam and TSIA will co-release a new industry report on customer support technology and distribute it at booth #30.
Titled “The Customer Support Technology Stack, Automation Is Critical to Boosting Productivity and Lowering Costs,” the report identifies five separate application categories recommended for highly productive, scalable support teams. These include core infrastructure technology, productivity tools, and tools to understand and track customer behavior and sentiment.
As you may remember, in February we announced a PARTNERSHIP with ThingWorx to bring advanced analytics to the IoT. We joined the PTC ThingWorx partner ecosystem as a ThingWorx Ready™ partner and started work on a connector between their platform and ours. The combination will produce a unique solution that has already been recognized by two new customers, which we’ll be talking about at LiveWorx.
