Every year TMCnet combs the teleworking technology landscape for the best new solution, and this year selected Glassbeam’s Clinsights suite solution offering for healthcare providers and independent service organizations.

We owe our success in building on our capabilities to bring coherence to vast amounts of data so field engineers can access them from machines, and get insights on how they ‘actually’ perform. Today, this pursuit is getting recognition and its due place. With Clinsights, service engineers are far better equipped to look at a range of markers from every medical equipment type and enable self-analysis via predictive maintenance.

As this year is marked by the disruption to business and everyday lives due to the pandemic, Clinsights made it a little easier for our field engineer customers to access sites remotely without having to visit the healthcare facilities. These advancements in how customers service their machines, during the pandemic, have helped field personnel continually access and prepare its infrastructure for unplanned downtimes and breakdowns effectively. And in doing so, we tackled historically unknowable problems with machines in a cost- and time-efficient process – remotely.
