Puneet Pandit, President and CEO of Glassbeam has over twenty years of global IT experience. Prior to Glassbeam, he was Founder and CEO of Orchesys, a professional and managed services firm focused on enterprise storage solutions. In this role, Pandit assembled a world class team to fulfill an unmet need for data center product vendors--acquiring profound insights and real-time visibility into product usage by mining product operational data from the installed base. Before Orchesys, Pandit was Senior Director at Network Appliance leading the Database and Business Applications Solutions Group. Before this, he worked at Ernst & Young and Tata Unisys Limited as a management consultant. Pandit is a graduate of management school at University of Chicago and holds a BE Electrical degree from Punjab University, India.

Glen Allmendinger is the founder and President of Harbor Research and has been responsible for managing Harbor and all of its consulting and research activities since its inception in 1984. Glen works with a broad spectrum of global computing, communications, software, services and manufacturing companies. He has also authored thought leading articles for a wide range of publications including The Harvard Business Review and The Wall Street Journal and is a frequent speaker in several industry and public policy forums. Prior to founding Harbor, Glen was an award-winning filmmaker, a technology analyst for the Yankee Group, and a consultant with State Street Consultants in Boston. He received his bachelor’s degrees from New York University in filmmaking and art history, and did graduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
