The Glassbeam Jumpstart program is designed to showcase the value and demonstrate the ROI of the Glassbeam service. The program lasts 4 – 6 weeks, at which time participants make a decision about a full-fledged engagement.
The Jumpstart program consists of the following steps:
- Glassbeam engages with the participant's technical team to determine if product operational data contain the information needed for the program.
- Once determined, the participant provides Glassbeam with a set of product operational data for use in demonstrating the solution.
During the program's duration, the Glassbeam team:
- builds a proof of concept using the participant's log information
- works with the participant to determine ROI
- provides feedback on best practices for log file content, if applicable.
Product Operational data refers to files generated by products such as product log files, auto support data, support bundles etc.
Duration of the program: 4 - 6 weeks
