Puneet Pandit
President and CEO

Puneet Pandit, President and CEO, brings over twenty years of global experience in the IT industry to Glassbeam. He is responsible for setting the company direction, building the right team and delivering on the promise of ground-breaking product analytics solutions.

Prior to Glassbeam, Puneet was Founder and CEO of Orchesys, a professional and managed services firm focused on enterprise storage solutions. In the process of delivering services, Puneet assembled a world class team with unique knowledge and expertise to fulfill an unmet need for data center product vendors. This need was to acquire profound insights and real-time visibility into product usage by mining product operational data from the installed base; based on this mission, he and his team developed the Glassbeam product analytics solution that is applicable to any product manufacturer, whether in the date center or outside. Before Orchesys, Puneet was Senior Director at Network Appliance leading the Database and Business Applications Solutions Group where he was responsible for major cross functional initiatives with global accounts. His general management skills are well complemented with client delivery experience through his work at Ernst & Young and Tata Unisys Limited as a management consultant.

Puneet is a graduate of management school at University of Chicago and holds a BE Electrical degree from Punjab University, India.

Ashok Agarwal
VP, Engineering

Ashok Agarwal leads the Engineering organization and is responsible for Glassbeam's SaaS platform architecture, technology and service operations. He is also responsible for technical liaison with Glassbeam customers.

Ashok joins us from LiveDeal Inc, a leader in local search and SEM solutions, providing SaaS based hosted service for classifieds (e-commerce), Yellowpages and Business Intelligence portal for reporting SEM performance. Prior to LiveDeal, Ashok's engineering career spans 20+ years in the software industry holding senior management positions with various start-ups and large companies such as Acxiom Digital, Earthlink, Patni and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). At Acxiom Digital, he was responsible for managing custom extensions to Acxiom's SaaS based email marketing and analytics application. At Medialive/Earthlink, he managed development of Medialive's Internet Security product and provided technical leadership in Earthlink's acquisition of Medialive's technology. Prior to that Ashok has a track record of delivering complex software solutions (Enterprise and web based) in various underlying technologies.

Ashok is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee.

Pramod Sridharamurthy
Director, Solutions Engineering

Pramod leads the Solutions Engineering Group and is responsible for building customer specific solutions using the glassbeam platform. He handles all customer related activities from proof of concepts to Solution Design, Implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Prior to Glassbeam, Pramod was leading the Consulting and Practices group of Orchesys where he was responsible for building storage practices and its delivery to large enterprise customers. Pramod brings in rich IT experience in infrastructure space through Storage Consulting, Practice development, Pre-sales and Performance Engineering positions held in companies like Apara Enterprise Solutions and Wipro Infotech.

Pramod is a graduate of the Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore.

Jonathan Brill
Director Sales

Jonathan heads up the sales organization at Glassbeam. His primary responsibility is to drive all sales initiatives for the company by communicating and delivering the value of Glassbeam's products to its portfolio of customers and partners.

Jonathan brings over 15 years of proven track record in building successful sales and marketing teams for customer-centric software companies. He has experience selling business intelligence solutions to enterprise clients using both SaaS and on-premise solutions. He was previously at SigmaQuest, a Supply Chain Business Intelligence SaaS company, which was sold to Camstar Systems. At Camstar, Jonathan built a successful new vertical focus and helped lead an industry wide supply chain management initiative. Prior to Camstar, Jonathan has held sales leadership positions at Abrevity, Solid Information Systems (sold to IBM), Kazeon Systems (sold to EMC), and Oblix (sold to Oracle). He has extensive experience in selling business intelligence, storage management, security, and infrastructure management software to enterprises.

Jonathan holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University East Bay.

Amit Parikh
CFO

As the organization's CFO, Amit brings with him over 23 years of experience across different enterprises - from start-ups to private and public industries. Amit's stints at two such successful start-ups, ZeitNet Inc. and PipeLinks Inc., oversaw their acquisition by Cabletron Systems and Cisco Systems respectively. In his career as a venture investor, Amit has funded nearly 80 companies.

Presently, Amit also serves as the member/partner of two venture funds, Anthelion Capital, L.L.C. (since 1996) and Anthelion Capital II, L.P. (since 1999).
